Have you ever felt like you just aren’t a motivated person? My guest today would tell you that’s not true! Clinical psychologist and podcast host Dr. Shawn Hondorp joins me to talk about the different types of motivation. We discuss how diet culture strips us of an important kind of motivation, the three psychological needs necessary for this holy grail of motivation, and how it impacts habit creation.
